How to Use

CT-Minerals: One capsule each morning, once daily, continued until the bottle runs out.

HM-ET Binder: One capsule, morning and evening, twice daily.

CT-Biotic: One capsule, morning and evening, twice daily, with food.

Metabolic Activator: Dilute 5 drops (about 0.25 mL) in 8 oz of water, twice daily. Take before 4 PM, since it supports energy production and can interfere with sleep if taken too late.

CT-Biotic is best taken with meals for optimal digestion and absorption. All other supplements in this kit are best taken between meals for maximum potency, though if you're sensitive to any ingredient, you can take it with meals instead.
