At RADDHealth, we carry a curated selection of specialty health and wellness brands, and each product ships directly from that brand's own fulfillment center. This means your order arrives fresh and handled exactly the way that manufacturer intends, but it also means shipping cost and delivery time can vary slightly depending on what's in your cart.
Free Shipping
Orders of $300 or more (before tax) qualify for free shipping, sitewide, no matter which brands are in your cart.
How Shipping Works
Rather than warehousing every product ourselves, we work directly with each brand's fulfillment team to get your order to you. For orders under $300, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the products in your cart.
Processing & Delivery Times
Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days of purchase, depending on the brand, and typically arrive within 3–7 business days after that. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Please note that estimated delivery times reflect standard shipping and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or high order volume.
Orders with Multiple Brands
If your order includes products from more than one brand, it may arrive in separate packages, since each brand ships independently from its own facility. You'll receive tracking information for each package as it ships. This is completely normal and doesn't mean anything is missing from your order.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we're only able to ship to physical street addresses within the United States. We're unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, or something arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at info@raddhealth.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
