Orders & Shipping
How much is shipping?
Orders of $300 or more (before tax) ship free, sitewide! For orders under $300, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the products in your cart.
Where do orders ship from?
Each product ships directly from its brand's own fulfillment center (Cellcore, Thorne, Quicksilver Scientific or CLEARSTEM), so it arrives fresh and handled exactly the way the manufacturer intends.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days, depending on the brand, and typically arrive 3–7 business days after that. You'll get tracking as soon as your order ships.
Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
If your order includes more than one brand, each brand ships separately from its own facility, so you may get multiple packages, each with its own tracking. That's completely normal and nothing is missing!
Do you ship internationally or to P.O. boxes?
We currently ship only to physical street addresses within the United States. We're unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking for each package as it ships. If you can't find it, email info@raddhealth.com with your order number and we'll help.
My package says delivered but I can't find it, or it arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email info@raddhealth.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number (and a photo if it's damaged or incorrect) and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email info@raddhealth.com as soon as possible with your order number. Because brands ship quickly, we can't always change an order once it's been sent to the brand, but we'll do our best!
Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
We don't offer wholesale accounts or wholesale pricing, but you're welcome to order as many of any product as you'd like! Orders of $300 or more ship free.
Do you have retail store locations?
RADDHealth is online only, so you can shop anytime at raddhealth.com! Every order ships directly from the brand's own fulfillment center.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For safety and quality reasons, we can't accept opened or used supplements or skincare, expired items, or final-sale items.
How do I start a return?
Email info@raddhealth.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Return addresses vary by brand, so please wait for our instructions before sending anything back.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
When will I get my refund?
Once the brand receives and inspects your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
Discounts
Do you have a discount for first-time customers?
Yes! Use code WELCOME15 for 15% off your first order. It also works with free shipping on orders of $300 or more.
Can I combine discount codes?
One discount code can be used per order, but codes do combine with free shipping on orders of $300 or more.

What brands do you carry?
We carry practitioner-grade brands Lauren trusts: Cellcore Biosciences, Thorne, Quicksilver Scientific and CLEARSTEM Skincare. We also offer the ProLon 5-day fasting program.
Are your products authentic?
Yes! Every product comes directly from the brand's own fulfillment center, so you always get authentic, properly stored products, never third-party resellers.
Are your products clean?
Every brand we carry is chosen for clean, effective formulas without unnecessary fillers or toxic additives. Thorne products are also third-party tested.
Is a product out of stock?
If a size shows "Sold out," the brand is temporarily out of stock. We restock as soon as it's available again, so check back soon or message us and we'll let you know.
Where do I find ingredients and how to take a product?
Each product page lists the supplement facts, ingredients, suggested use and warnings. Always follow the label or the directions of your healthcare provider.

What's the difference between a kit, a bundle and a protocol?
Kits and bundles group products that work well together for one focus area. Protocols, like Cellcore's Foundational and Comprehensive Protocols, are step-by-step programs that build on each other over time.
Can I take these supplements if I'm pregnant, nursing or on medication?
Please talk with your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement, detox protocol or skincare routine, especially if you're pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition.
Can these products treat or cure a health condition?

Coaching
Do you offer health coaching?
Yes! Lauren is a Certified Integrative Health Practitioner with a BS in Nutrition and Exercise Science from Bastyr University. She offers fully virtual one-on-one coaching, so you can work with her from anywhere.
How do I get started with coaching?
