How to Use

Take 1 capsule in the morning once daily CT-Minerals

Take 1 capsule in the morning and evening twice daily HM-ET Binder

Take 1 capsule in the morning and evening twice daily with food CT-Biotic

Take 1 capsule in the morning once daily with food CT-Iodine

Continue taking CT-Minerals until product runs out

CT-Biotic is recommended to take with meals. Since CT-Iodine supports energy production, it’s recommended to take it earlier in the day to avoid interrupting sleep.

CT-Biotic is recommended to take with meals for optimal digestion and absorption. All other supplements in this kit are recommended to take between meals for maximum potency. However, if you’re sensitive to any of the ingredients, take them with meals.

Warning

Since all of the supplements in this kit support the body’s natural detoxification processes, it’s possible to experience mild detox symptoms, such as bloating, fatigue, gas, and headaches. This will depend on an individual’s toxic load and varies from person to person.
